Paula really likes the study as eventually they plan to convert into a space for beauty and massage therapy.
What are some positive things about living in your community?
Buying into The Ponds was very affordable for us. We came from the Sutherland Shire where it is almost impossible to buy a new home let alone an old one. The average price in this area is around $800k-$1M for an old home that would need a lot of work.
Why did you choose to build a home in The Ponds?
The fact there is a lot of young families and that it is a new community with new facilities, is something we really like about living in The Ponds. There are so many different shopping centres in close proximity to here as well. We like that we have a choice of more than one centre. The childcare options are good as well.
What are some of the favourite aspects of living in your community The Ponds?
The Ponds is a very friendly community we love getting to know new people of similar age and interest.

We installed extra insulation in some of the rooms.

We are spending most weekends on landscaping our home.
