Landcom announced today it has chosen four prominent Sydney builders to display their homes in Western Sydney’s newest community, Bunya. This new community will be part of the proposed new suburb of Bungarribee, next to the Western Sydney Parklands and west of Doonside Road.
Allcastle Homes, Champion Homes, Eden Brae Homes and Wisdom Homes will build eight new home designs catering for all budgets in the Bunya Display Village.
Bunya will offer home buyers the opportunity to choose easy building, large family sized land lots surrounded by a parkland environment with Western Sydney Parklands neighbouring the community.
“Most of the homes in the display village have never been seen in Sydney and are expected to impress hundreds of eager home buyers with their clever and interesting designs. Some of the designs will also include the universal housing concept – homes that are practical and flexible, and which meet the needs of people of different ages”, said Mr Kerry Robinson, General Manager Development at Landcom.
“Landcom has sought out builders that are prepared to provide innovative designs which also respond to the organisation’s sustainability guidelines”, Mr Robinson continued.
The ‘Bunya Collection’ homes from these builders will have pre-approval from Bunya’s design review panel, helping to make the building process much easier.
When complete the master-planned community will feature heritage parks, playgrounds, BBQ facilities, a large community facility that will cater for a variety of health and recreational pursuits and extensive cycle and walk paths that link with the Western Sydney Parklands tracks.
